1, box and lid
The box body and the lid are the support and inclusion parts of the transmission parts in the reducer, the structure is complex, in which the box is under pressure and requires good steel, vibration reduction and sealing. Case cover, box in a single piece of small-scale production, the use of gray cast iron material (HTl50 or HT200), by hand moulding method cast forming, or the use of carbon structure steel (Q235A), welded by hand arc welding. In mass production, gray cast iron is used and cast into shape by machine moulding method.
2, shaft, gear shaft and gear
Shafts, gear shafts and gears are important transmission parts in the gearbox, and the shaft part of the shaft and gear shaft is affected by the combination of bending short and twisting short, which requires better comprehensive mechanical performance, and the gear shaft and gear teeth part are subject to greater contact stress and bending stress, which should have good wear resistance and high strength. When a single piece is produced, medium carbon steel (45 steel) is formed by free forging or tire die forging, and round steel rods of medium carbon steel can also be turned. In high-volume production, medium carbon steel die forging method is used to form.
3, rolling bearings
Rolling bearings in the gearbox are subject to radial and axial pressure stresses, requiring high strength and wear resistance. Rolling bearings are standard parts, the inner and outer rings are forged using wave bearing steel (GCrl5) expansion holes, the balls are rolled by rolling bearing steel (GCrl5) spiral ramps, and the holders are stamped with high-quality carbon structure steel (08 steel).
4, bearing end cap
Bearing end cap is mainly to prevent bearing movement, and play a protective role. Single-piece, small batch production, using gray cast iron (HT150) hand-shaped casting, or carbon-framed steel (Q235) round steel turning. In high-volume production, the gray cast iron machine is used for casting.
5, bolts and nuts
Bolts and nuts play the role of retaining the lid and body of the box, and the bolt rods are subjected to longitudinal (axial) pull stress, curvature stress and lateral cut stress. Bolts and nuts are standard parts forged or extruded from carbon-wire structural steel (Q235A).
