In general, the method of increasing the rated cooling of the planetary gearbox is mainly cooling fans, water-cooled cob tubes, smoothing the outer layer and so on.
1, planetary gearbox cooling fan (fan cooling):
Using fan cooling is a relatively simple way to operate, but it is important to note that fan cooling is not suitable for certain situations. For example, when the gearbox is cooled in a coal mine, it will work close to the working environment if the fan is used. Or the machinery and equipment is seriously polluted, and the use of radiation heat exchange, so the heat dissipation is limited;
2, hardened surface of the planetary gearbox water cooling plate cooling method:
Installing a water-cooled coil at the bottom of the gearbox and connecting the cooling water to the side of the pipe can be used to improve the thermal conductivity of the planetary gearbox. Disc tubes are used to dissipate heat at different speeds and also to cool cooling water. The cooling effect of cooling water is directly related to the flow. However, the circumferes of the co-tube should not be too long and heat dissipate easily.
Planetary gearbox in heating or cooling, due to oil strip damage, seal damage and other reasons, will produce a lot of heat, and planetary gearbox due to high power, will gradually increase, so that the system works.
