It is light in size, beautiful in appearance, high transmission efficiency, large torque, wide range of deceleration, corrosion resistance, high precision advantages are widely used in servo, step and other transmission systems. One thing to pay special attention to during use is the servo planetary gearbox.
Servo planetary gearbox operation, if its center of mind error is getting larger and larger, then it is very easy to produce servo planetary gearbox failure – broken shaft. Servo planetary gearbox because of its small size, wide range of deceleration, high transmission efficiency, high accuracy and many advantages. The machinery industry is widely used in servo, step, DC and other transmission systems. However, we should pay attention to the center of mind in the assembly of servo planetary gearboxes, if the center of mind error is too large, it is easy to cause the risk of shaft break.
Servo planetary gearboxes have the following effects:
1, servo planetary gearbox shaft broken will lead to the gearbox input deformation and thus break. Or cause damage to the input support bearings. Therefore, servo planetary gearbox manufacturers in the production and assembly to strictly ensure the degree of cymb.
2, from the servo planetary gearbox assembly process, if the motor shaft and servo planetary gearbox input con center, then the motor shaft surface and the gearbox input end hole surface will be very consistent, the contact surface of the two closely, there is no radial force and deformation space. Conversely, if the assembly is different, there will be no match or gap between the contact surfaces, a radial force and a gap for the deformation.
3, if different heart, servo planetary gearbox output shaft will also occur broken or bent phenomenon, the reason is the same as the motor’s broken shaft. However, the output force of the servo planetary gearbox is the product of the motor force and deceleration ratio, which is greater than the motor, so the output shaft of the servo planetary gearbox is more easily broken.
The broken shaft of the servo planetary gearbox can cause deformation or even breakage at the gearbox input or damage to the support bearings at the input. Therefore, it is very important to ensure con centerability during assembly, and from the assembly process analysis, if the drive motor shaft and the gearbox input are con centered, then the drive motor shaft surface and the gearbox input hole surface will be very consistent, their contact surface is closely attached, there is no radial force and deformation space. If the assembly of different hearts, then the contact surface will not match or there is a gap, there is radial force and provide space for deformation.
Similarly, the output shaft of the gearbox is broken or bent for the same reason as the shaft break that drives the motor. However, the output force of the gearbox is the product of the drive motor force and deceleration ratio, which is greater than the motor, so the output shaft of the gearbox is more likely to be broken. Therefore, when using the reducer, the user should pay more attention to the assurance of the same heart when assembling its output!
