1、The selection of gear materials for domestic and foreign reducers.
At present, the selection of reducer materials in China is mainly implemented by the relevant regulations proposed in JB/T 10816 – 2007, JB/T 10817 – 2007. The gears and shafts are forged and are made of 20CrMnMo. The flank is carbon quenched, the hardened layer of the flank is 0.15 ma to 0.25 mn deep, the gear surface hardness is 54 to 58 HRC, the core hardness is 33 to 38 HRC, and the surface hardness of the out-wheel shaft is 58 to 62 HRC and the core hardness is 38 to 42 HRC. Other types of materials with the same aesthetic properties are permitted, but casting gears must not be used. The material for the shaft is 42CrMo, which is toned and has a hardness of 255 to 286 HBW. Other types of materials with the same aesthetic properties are permitted, but castings are not permitted.
At present, foreign hard-toothed gear materials mainly select high-quality alloy steel 17CrNiMo carbide quenching finishing and formation, gear and heat treatment quality by ISO6336 – 1996 related levels of control. The material closest to similar performance in China is 20CrNi2Mo, and the material used in some heavy gears in China is 20CrNiMo.
2、Selection of new materials for the gear gear of the reducer.
Through the development of related technologies and the introduction of new materials, research researchers in China have developed 17CrNiMo6 materials to replace the previous materials. Through investigation in the market, it was found that the 17CrNiMo6 is a high-strength carbon seepage gear steel that is used on the engines and drive shafts of small and medium-sized cars or in gears in drive systems, such as wind power growth machines.
