Aluminum ingot continuous casting unit is specially used for ordinary remelting aluminum ingot continuous casting automation production line, once completed aluminum ingot casting, cooling, stacking, strapping packaging and finished product transportation and other production processes, is a set of machines, electricity, light, liquid, gas in one of the automation complete sets of metallurgical equipment. In the new casting machine transmission system, the starting point of the gearbox selection is three: 1, the speed ratio and torque to meet the design requirements, and the selected torque must have a certain safety factor to provide overload capacity. 2, deceleration volume can not be too large, weight can not be too large, and convenient to install on top of the foundry. 3, in order to meet the use of performance, the drive device should try to choose a standard reducer model or a combination of gearbox models, so that can effectively improve the performance of use, but also appropriate to reduce procurement costs.
After comparison and screening, in all kinds of standard gearboxes, there are oblique-helix cone-tooth reducers, planetary gearboxes in the output torque, transmission ratio and input power can meet the selection requirements. However, under the comparison of the two gearboxes, the choice of planetary gearbox is due to the following reasons: in the case of the same transmission ratio and input power, the rated output torque of the oblique-helix tapered gearbox is: 32000N.m, but the form factor is too large, and under the same conditions, the rated output torque data of the planetary reducer is: 33000N.m, the form factor is smaller and lighter. Compared with the above data, and considering the performance of use, and combining the cost factors, it is finally determined to choose the planetary gearbox as the driving device to be applied to the new foundry drive system.
The overall structure of the planetary reducer has the characteristics of small size, light weight, high carrying capacity, long service life, smooth operation, low noise, high output torque, high speed ratio, high efficiency and safe performance. With the characteristics of power seccilation and multi-tooth meshing, it is a new type of gearbox with extensive gold great wall. In addition, the symmetry of the planetary gear transmission structure also makes the reaction forces acting on the center wheel and the rotating arm bearings balance with each other, which is conducive to improving the efficiency of the transmission, because of the use of multiple planetary wheels with the same structure, evenly distributed around the center wheel, so that the planetary wheel and the wheel inertial forces can be balanced against each other, so that the number of gears involved in meshing increased, to achieve the smooth operation of the planetary transmission, enhance the ability to resist shock and vibration, work reliability is higher.
