Don’t look too small on this accessory, but it is an essential aid for many machinery manufacturers, but long hours of work will be hot, so what are the cooling methods?
Planetary gearboxes generally work in harsh environments and must operate at high temperatures, so cooling is very important, and here are four main ways to slow down.
1. When the gearbox is running for a long time, the temperature of the oil tank and bearing will increase so that the temperature of the heating tank will be lower than 35 degrees C and the bearing temperature will be lower than 45 degrees C.
2. If the situation is urgent and the working time of the reducer captain needs to be extended, a cooling system should be installed for the equipment so that the gearbox captain can function properly. The reducer is equipped with a cooling spiral tube, which allows the user to connect some cooling water on its own, and when the cooling water passes through the spiral tube, heat is transferred to the cooling water for cooling purposes.
Third, the cooling water flow can not be too large, but can be guaranteed to pass through the reducer at will.
If slowing down for too long does not work, there is a risk of icing, so cooling water must be removed.
When the gearbox normal operation, next to the staff to check from time to time, if there is an abnormal should immediately stop working, so that not only can eliminate hidden dangers in the bud, but also extend the life of the gearbox, improve work efficiency.
