First, the gear reducer on the shaft requirements
(1) The center line of the axis should be a straight line without bending.
(2) Shaft diameter and shaft pivot surface should be smooth, no potholes, ripples and scratches.
(3) The working surface of the key groove should be smooth, vertical, with no cracks and hair edges.
Second, it is a method to check the gear reducer shaft.
1, the bend of the shaft
Using a micrometer to measure the shaft, the axle should not be more than 0.2mm curved, otherwise the shaft should be placed on a pressure machine for correction.
2, is the key slot wear
First weld the worn key grooves, and then re mill the keyways to the carbed.
3, shaft neck wear.
When the shaft neck wear is small, it can be coated with a layer of chromium and then ground to its original size. As shown in the figure below, when the shaft neck is badly worn, it can be welded to the shaft neck and then placed on the bed to grind it to its original size.
4. The shaft breaks or breaks.
For cracked or broken axes, a new shaft is usually replaced.
Third, the maintenance of the seat.
Gearbox gearbox gearbox base is generally made of cast iron, if there are cracks or breaks, can be welded with cast iron welding rods, welding should be careful not to hot to the tweed windings.
If the foot breaks, it can be repaired with an angle iron.
Fourth, end cover maintenance.
First: repair the end cap break.
Cast iron welding rods can be used when the rupture of the end cap affects the coherity of the gearbox and roors.
If the end cover rupture is serious, more cracks, not suitable for welding, can be repaired with 5 to 7mm steel plate, as shown in the figure, cut out the need to repair the cracks in the shape of a suitable steel plate, bolted to the end cover.
Second: end cover bearing hole clearance repair too much.
The bearing pores of the end cap exceed 0.05mm, which will cause the motor fixed roth core to come into contact with the motor fixed rot, resulting in a sweep. The method of machining is to assemble with thin copper sheets equal to the width of the bearing, which are cushioned between the outer ring of the bearing and the inner ring of the end cover to eliminate the gap.
Third: end cover stop loose repair.
Often due to end cover disassembly or hammer corrosion and other reasons, resulting in the surface of the stop injury, affecting the coordination with the chassis. Flatten the protruding wound with a sickle, and if the stop is loose, the thin copper skin can be lined on the stop ring, otherwise a new end cap will be replaced.
