1. Drive bearings use over limits or bearings and housing holes with the gap is too large, causing the transmission bearing vibration is too large and caused by increased load, resulting in increased gear transfer load, will also cause flank fatigue pitting.
2. Grab machine reducer gear in the installation process, do not strictly implement the maintenance process, resulting in poor installation, resulting in local contact with the flank, excessive load caused by the flank fatigue pitting.
3. The lubricant expires or decays, the viscosity is too low or fails, so that the oil film cannot be formed between the flanks of the gear, so that direct contact between the teeth and the teeth causes the flank fatigue pitting.
