Planetary gearbox has the characteristics of small size, light weight, high carrying capacity, long service life, smooth operation, low noise, high output torque, high speed ratio, high efficiency and safe performance. It has the characteristics of power se-splitting and multi-tooth meshing. It is a new type of gearbox with wide general use. The maximum input power is up to 104kW. Suitable for lifting transport, construction machinery, metallurgy, mining, petrochemicals, construction machinery, light industrial textiles, medical equipment, instrumentation, automobiles, ships, weapons and aerospace and other industrial sectors.
How planetary gearboxes work.
1) The ring gear is fixed, the solar wheel is active, and the planetary frame is passive. This combination is a speed-down drive, usually the transmission ratio is generally 2.5 to 5, the steering is the same.
2) The ring gear is fixed, the planetary frame is active, and the solar wheel is passive. This combination is a boost drive, the transmission ratio is generally 0.2 to 0.4, the steering is the same.
3) Solar wheel fixed, ring gear active, planetary frame passive. This combination is a speed-down drive, the transmission ratio is generally 1.25 to 1.67, the steering is the same.
4) Solar wheel fixed, planetary frame active, ring gear passive. This combination is a boost drive, the transmission ratio is generally 0.6 to 0.8, the steering is the same.
5) Planetary frame fixed, solar wheel active, ring gear passive. This combination is a speed-down drive, the transmission ratio is generally 1.5 to 4, steering the opposite.
6) Planetary frame fixed, ring gear active, solar wheel passive. This combination is a boost drive, the transmission ratio is generally 0.25 to 0.67, steering the opposite.
7) In the case of combining any two of the three components:
When the planetary frame and ring gear are combined as one active part, the solar wheel is a passive part or the solar wheel and planetary frame are combined as one active part, the ring gear as a passive part of the motion. As can be seen from Figure 1, there is no relative motion between the planetary gears, which operate as a whole, with a transmission ratio of 1 and the same steering.
8) Any of the three components is active and the remaining two components are free:
From the analysis, it can be learned that the remaining two components do not have a definite speed output.
